SLRTCE has successfully set up e-Yantra Lab in collaboration with IIT, Bombay. This initiative aims to create the next generation of embedded system engineers with a practical outlook to provide pragmatic solutions to some of the real world problems. The programme is sponsored by Ministry of Human Resource & Development (MHRD) under the National Mission on Education through Innovative Classroom Teacher (ICT) programme. e-Yantra Lab setup initiative (eLSI) is a college level programme under which colleges are encouraged to set up robotic labs.
The Research & Development Cell (“R&D Cell”) of SLRTCE under the aegis of Dr. Anju Arya, Dean R&D with active participation of the team of faculties (Mrs. Pragati Dwivedi – G L, Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi, Mr. Saurabh Suman and Mrs. K Jaymalini) has successfully completed all the tasks in TBT and received Class A award from E-Yantra –IIT Bombay.
We are glad to announcethat the E-Yantra Robotics Lab has been inaugurated by Professor Kavi Arya,(CSE Dept., IIT, Bombay), the Principal Investigator of E-Yantra. The OnlineValedictory Function and Lab Inaugurationswere done virtually by Diya App on 7th August 2020. Engineering colleges from all across India participated in this function. In the Inaugural Program, the Faculty team comprising of Ms. PragatiDwivedi, Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi, Mr. SaurabhSuman, Ms. Jayamalini K and Ms. Tanvi Thakur of Shree LR Tiwari College of Engineering (SLRTCE),who have been awarded with Grade A in TBT, received appreciation from Prof. Kavi Arya. Dr. Anju Arya (Dean R&D) presented the achievements of SLRTCE and Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi gave a talk on E-Yantra lab setup.
