Rahul Group of Education, SLRTCE, first opened its doors in 2009. Engineering has always been a hallmark programme of the college, from its inception to the present day. Our college has always placed a high value on hard effort, and it is because of this that we have been able to write our success narrative. Because of the sincerity and dedication of the concerned authorities, we have received awards from some of the world’s most prestigious rating agencies in recognition of our contribution to educational achievement. As a result of these achievements, SLRTCE is regarded as one of India’s best engineering colleges. At HR CLUB’s 4th National Conference on Human Capital Management: Out of the Box Perspectives, Rahul Education Patronage’s Shree L. R Tiwari College of Engineering was named the 3rd Best Institute in India. The SLRTCE was honoured with the Global Education Excellence Award. The Times of India Group honoured Rahul Education’s management with the coveted “Times Education Icons 2018” Award. The Economic Times – Icons of Mumbai honoured Shri. L. R. Tiwari, Founder Chairman, Rahul Education, for Excellence in Education Business Expansion. Mr. Utsav Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer at Rahul Education, got the Navbharat Education Warriors Award from Maharashtra Rajyapal Bhagat Singh Koshyari.
SLRTCE features well-ventilated and spacious classrooms, as well as properly equipped laboratories and a large central library. The institute features a fully functional placement cell that provides 100% placement aid. The ‘Vayvsay abhhyas niketan’ incubation centre allows students to work on a variety of financed projects. The E-cell (Entrepreneurship Cell) engages students in group discussions, workshops, presentations, and participation in various events, which helps them develop their confidence and personality as future entrepreneurs.

Collaborations with organizations to provide technical and soft skills in accordance with international standards: Collaborations are critical for gaining recognition for the Institute and expanding its reach, which benefits students. SLTCE has worked with some of the most well-known companies on both a national and international scale. The college has signed memorandums of understanding with a number of foreign organisations. For instance, IBM is a firm that delivers cutting-edge training to students on a national and international scale. Similarly, there is an organisation called Oracle Academy that offers a wide range of computer science-related studies. In a similar vein, an MOU has been inked with Eduskill, with the goal of offering academic help to students in accordance with international standards. The SLRTCE has partnered with the e-yantra programme from IIT Mumbai to provide in-house internships for students. The e-Yantra teaching team of SLRTCE has completed all of the TBT offered by IITB and has been received a “CLASS A” award. Aside from industrial collaborations, certain foreign firms have been regular recruiters for us. As a result, their prospects of hiring our pupils have increased even further. The institution has successfully staged outstanding events at the national and international levels, as well as numerous inter-college and intra-college workshops and seminars, moulding young minds to propose their ideas and acquire merits throughout their professional careers.
Placement assistance with 360-degree training: Training and development is an important department in college that works hard to assist students in their job search. It also serves the needs of many organisations conducting interviews, as well as counselling and assisting students toward successful placement. It organises a variety of technical and soft skills programmes to help students improve their skills and gain confidence when confronting various examinations and interviews done by organisations, as well as to satisfy the expectations of those companies. The training and placement cell is proud to provide students with services such as consulting on a wide range of subjects such as employment, career planning, possibilities, and so on, so effectively preparing students for their career and making them competent. Every year, about 80% of eligible students get placed. TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, cognizant, and others are just a few examples of major recruiters. Every year, students participate in pool campus drives, with the majority of them being placed on college campuses.
